Casa Cusinga is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, home is located adjacent to the jungle and has amazing wildlife. Casa Cusinga is named for the incredibly beautiful toucan species that has been photographed from the back deck of the home.
This is the perfect home for those who wish to disconnect, relax and enjoy their time in Costa Rica. The high vaulted ceilings are over five meters at their apex (over 16 feet) and provide constant fresh air as the dual-cantilever roof is separated by screens, allowing fresh air in, and the hot air to rise and to escape out. The eastern facing "wall" is sliding glass doors and screens providing easy in-and-out to the pool, covered deck and jacuzzi.

Reserva Playa Tortuga is also worth visiting and, time permitting, volunteering for.
Approximately 15 minutes south of here, is the town of Palmar Norte which has large grocery stores, Palmar Sur regional airport, and plenty of local restaurants. We also offer a private tour of a waterfall in Palmar Norte.
Casa Cusinga is wonderful for a romantic escape from everything - or bring the kids and the rest of the family. When using the sleeper sofa, inflatable bed and the loft, it is possible to comfortably sleep eight people here. Please let us know in advance how many people will be in your party, and we can set it up for you.
