What happens if there is a problem at my house? A water pipe breaks?

We will immediately repair any problems that we discover and bill you for the repair. We work with you in advance to agree with which repairs you want fixed immediately, and those that you want confirmed in advance. Our staff includes a full-time 'handyman' that can quickly fix most repairs.

Can I keep our existing landscaping (or pool cleaning) crew?


Some of our property management clients and/or vacation management clients have existing partnerships in place. We will work and communicate together, and verify, that all the services from other providers is being completed per customer requirements and to ensure no service provider interferes with any vacation rental client.

Please keep in mind, however, that those clients who bundle all of our services, receive our best pricing.
