I own a house in Costa Rica...now what?

Owning a home in Costa Rica is an amazing and wonderful luxury but it can also be stressful. Who can I trust to make sure my home is being kept up? Who mows the yard? What happens if the plants are being eaten by ants? What if someone breaks-in and I don't know about it?

These are all common concerns that can be alleviated through our team and reports provided to you.


Will you help us find renters? How much does it cost?

Yes. We actively look for renters.

Not only through this website, but other websites we own and manage.

We also market to the 4,000+ name database of people who have expressed interest in visiting Costa Rica that we have built up through the years.

Every home will receive a custom page and listed on our Costa Rica Vacation Homes for Rent  page on OsaPropertyManagement.com, CostaRicaVillasRent.com and other websites we own. In addition, with homeowner approval, we will list and publish their home on VRBO.com, AirBnB.com and other websites based on demand and popularity. Osa Property Management handles all communication and leads from leads generated through any of the websites.

What happens if there is a problem at my house? A water pipe breaks?

We will immediately repair any problems that we discover and bill you for the repair. We work with you in advance to agree with which repairs you want fixed immediately, and those that you want confirmed in advance.


Can I keep our existing landscaping (or pool cleaning) crew?

Sure!

Some of our property management clients and/or vacation management clients have existing partnerships in place. We will work and communicate together, and verify, that all the services from other providers is being completed per customer requirements and to ensure no service provider interferes with any vacation rental client.

Please keep in mind, however, that those clients who bundle all of our services, receive our best pricing.
