Our pool cleaning service is priced very competitively. In fact, when bundled with our landscaping or other property management options, it is usually one of the most affordable pool cleaning options in the area. We will provide pool cleaning service up to twice per week (and even can help in emergency situations) based on the usage and on the season of the year.

Pool Cleaning & Services

We will perform the following services twice per week:

  • Vacuum the floor of the swimming pool
  • Scrub any obvious mold that may be growing on the tiles above the water line
  • Check that the pump is working effectively
  • Ensure that the timer is working correctly
  • Scoop up any debris, leaves or other items floating on the top of the pool
  • Check the pH of the pool
  • Add appropriate amount of chlorine for proper pH and disinfectant
  • If repairs are needed we will photograph and notify you immediately. If major repairs are needed (perhaps from an earthquake) our property management team can quickly schedule the repair and ensure the repair is completed.
