What services does Osa Property Management offer?
Osa Property Management offers full-service property management services, including:
- Vacation rental management

- Listing on almost a dozen vacation rental platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Homes and Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (per their approval), Google Vacation Rentals.
- Listing on other website and online channels as necessary
Osa Property Management handles all communication and leads generated through all of the websites.

What happens if there is a problem at my house? A water pipe breaks??
We will immediately repair any problems that we discover and bill you for the repair. We work with you in advance to agree with which repairs you want fixed immediately, and those that you want confirmed in advance. We work with Osa Home Services to ensure your home stays in fantastic condition and any necessary repairs are handled quickly. Any repairs completed on your home will be supported by photos and receipts.
Can I keep our existing landscaping (or pool cleaning) crew?
Sure!
Some of our property management clients and/or vacation management clients have existing partnerships in place. We will work and communicate together, and verify, that all the services from other providers is being completed per customer requirements and to ensure no service provider interferes with any vacation rental client.
