It all begins with the first inspection of your Jaco property where we will meet with Owners to learn about their goals and expectations. From there, we provide input and recommendations from our nearly 20 years of experience and get everything ready. We will facilitate getting everything ready, lining up the photographer and getting your property across the world’s largest STR (short-term-rental) platforms.
Guest Relations
We ensure Guests have a trip of a lifetime to Jaco! Our team of full-time, seven-days-a-week Guest Services Team coupled with our full-time Concierge Team, makes sure Guests arrive to the property and custom tailor their trip and itinerary for them.
Accounting, Bill pay and Tax Compliance
We pay all of your bills and keep accounting records. No need for you to worry – we keep you tax compliant with Costa Rica’s Hacienda (tax authorities). We will charge, collect and pay IVA tax for all renters and for any items we purchase for your Jaco condo or property, we will file under your corporation.
