We have some news we’ve been dreaming about for years, and we can hardly wait to share it. Osa Property Management has purchased a permanent home right in the heart of Uvita — the location of the beloved former Carlito’s Restaurant. After renting offices in this area for more than nine years, six of them here in Uvita and others in Ojochal and Dominical, we’re putting down roots for good. The new name of the entire property is Plaza Uvita.
First, one thing we want to make very clear: we are not reopening a restaurant. What we’ve fallen in love with is the property and its wonderful spot in town. We’re transforming it into a home base for everything we do — a place you can actually come to, sit down, and see us face to face.
A Decade in the Making
This moment has been a long time coming. For over a decade we’ve served this coastline out of rented offices, moving between Uvita, Ojochal, and Dominical as we grew. Every one of those spaces taught us something, and every homeowner and guest along the way helped build what we are today. Buying our own home isn’t just a practical step — it’s a thank-you to a community that welcomed us and made this possible. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re headed.
Plaza Uvita = Three Brands, One Roof
For the first time, this new home will bring all three of our brands together in one place. Osa Property Management looks after the homes our owners trust us with. Osa Home Services keeps those properties maintained, protected, and running beautifully. And Epic Costa Rica Tours helps our guests experience the very best of this incredible coastline. Same owners, same management team, all under one roof — which means we can take even better care of you.
What Comes Next
We’ve already sat down with architects, and we’re building the timeline now for opening our doors to the public. We won’t rush it, because we want to get it right. Our vision is a space that feels like us: warm, professional, and genuinely part of this community. Somewhere a homeowner can drop by to talk through their property, a guest can stop in to plan a tour, and a neighbor is always welcome to say hello. We’ll share updates as the design takes shape, and we can’t wait to show you what we’re building.

While we get the new space ready, nothing about our day-to-day changes — if anything, we’re more energized than ever. We’re happy to meet wherever works best for you: at the new location, at your own property, or over coffee at a local restaurant. Our team is here, working, and ready whenever you need us.
