PROMOTION: No Monthly Dues through October 2020
Due to the COVID19 crisis, Osa Property Management has decided to offer an “October Property Management Promotion”.
We are offering to waive all monthly dues until November 2020 for any new customer who signs up for our ‘turn-key’ property management program. Our ‘Turn-Key Program’ includes:
- Vacation rental management
- Bill pay
- Landscaping (twice per month)
- Pool service (twice per week)
- Sign annual service contract
All services must be provided by Osa Property Management to qualify. That means if you have an existing landscaper or pool service provider, those services need to be transferred over to Osa Property Management in order to take advantage of the promotion. We work with other landscapers and swimming pool service providers, so we don’t have any problem doing that either. If that is what a property owner wishes, that is what we will do – however, the property owner will not qualify for the promotion.
