2021 VRMA International Conference Osa Property Management was only company from Costa Rica

Nick Halverson was the only representative from any property management company in Costa Rica at the 2021 VRMA International Conference. The Vacation Rental Management Association, or VRMA, is the leading international training and self-governing body of the vacation rental industry, property managers and suppliers. This year’s conference was held in San Antonio, Texas, USA, during the dates of October 3rd through October 6th. The 2020 conference was cancelled due to COVID and there were COVID rules in place at the convention center.
The VRMA International Conference brings together vacation rental professionals from around the world to discuss industry trends, share best practices, and network with peers. The conference often features keynote speakers, educational sessions, workshops, and an expo hall showcasing products and services relevant to the vacation rental industry. Although this year’s was rather small compared to previous conferences, it was wonderful to see it back up and running after a challenging 2020 year.
Osa Property Management CEO Nick Halverson spent his time reconnecting with industry friends, meeting new associates and going to sessions throughout the days. Sessions were hosted by the world’s leading companies in the industry, including:

The days are spent in educational breakout sessions, meeting with representatives from companies who support the short term-vacation rental industry, and the evenings were spent having networking events and dinners with other attendees. Osa Property Management was proud to be the only company based in Costa Rica at this year’s conference.
