Osa Property Management is committed to learning and staying on the leading edge of short-term rental/vacation rental industry trends and solutions (solutions to our Homeowners and to our Guests). This was the first time we had anyone attend an IMN event, although it will not be the last. In addition to this event, every year we also attend at least one VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) event.

Nick Halverson, CEO of Osa Property Management, was invited to be a panelist on an “Acquisition Shark Tank“, which is a take on the famous ‘Shark Tank’ TV program. Abigail Vargas, General Manager of Osa Property Management met with other business leaders to share her experiences and to learn from each other.

The Osa Property Management delegation also met with analysts from Vrbo to discuss growth opportunities for the Costa Rica market. Vrbo is one of the approximately dozen market-channel partners Osa Property Management uses. In addition, Vrbo is part of the Expedia network, one of the largest travel companies in the world.
